When you kill Professor Slate, you can loot an Empty Polyformic Acid Vial. Click the Polyformic Acid Potion that is on the nearby table and you'll get the disguise Polyformic Acid Potion applied to you for one hour (it persists through death). Now, you can use the Empty Vial you looted to "store" your disguise creating a Nearly Full Vial of Polyformic Acid. If you later use this vial, you re-gain the disguise and get replacement Empty Vial. This process effectively gives you 3 uses because each time you store and release the disguise, it becomes less effective (as it becomes Half Full Vial of Polyformic Acid and then Nearly Empty Vial of Polyformic Acid) and you're eventually left with an Empty Vial and no disguise.

The best way to use this is to get one disguise and store it for later, and then get a fresh disguise by clicking the Potion on the table. This will give you a 60-minute disguise to use in the instance, plus 3 additional uses after you leave the instance with your Nearly Full Vial of Polyformic Acid.

Players can use this disguise to achieve Polyformic Acid Science by killing the six listed bosses around Pandaria while under the effects of it. The disguise is available in any dungeon mode (including the normal level 40-ish version for you solo types).

Just got the buff on live in an Arathi battleground, along with a rogue from another realm...
It lasts 1 hour, persists through death, and I look like a huge undead something (Professor Slate?).
How we got it remains a mistery...

Killed another player under the effect of Polyformic Acid Science in a battleground and turned into Professor Slate with the hour buff.
Pretty bad ass.

Since it is not yet listed here (and the reason I came here) here is the location of each boss:

Commander Ri'mok: 3rd Boss of the Gate of the Setting Sun
Liu Flameheart: 3rd Boss of the Temple of the Jade Serpent
Gu Cloudstrike: 1st Boss of the Shado-Pan Monastery
Trial of the King: 1st Encounter in Mogu'Shan Palace
Vizier Jin'bak: 1st Boss of the Siege of Niuzao Temple
Yan-Zhu the Uncasked: 3rd Boss of the Stormstout Brewery

The buff is not broken by druid shapeshifts (There is a god!) and all boss kills need to be completed on Heroic difficulty.

You can store 6 disguise of 1 hour in your bag.

Like said in other comment, there is 3 form of the vial :
- one with 3 use : Nearly Full Vial of Polyformic Acid
- one with 2 use : Half Full Vial of Polyformic Acid
- one with 1 use :. Nearly Empty Vial of Polyformic Acid
These 3 item have different ID and you can keep one of each dispite that they're unique.

With this in mind, complete 3 solo-run in scholomance non-heroic, and keep all this 3 vial for later use of your achievement without to return back here.

PS: logically,

EDIT: the most important thing, when you use your vial for your achievement, take the most empty one. If you don't do this, you will lost a vial.

NOTE: The buff for this achievement and the Empty Polyformic Acid Vial can be gotten on normal mode. So it is possible to go into normal, grab the buff, and then queue up for an instance you need for the achievement. That way you don't have to clear heroic Scholo if you don't need to otherwise.

Worth noting: You don't need to have Polyformic Acid Potion active at the start of a fight that counts toward this achievement. It only needs to be active as the boss dies, so if you forget to use your Nearly Full Vial of Polyformic Acid (like me), you can still apply this buff mid-fight.

why does it always say "You have too many of that item already" when i try to drink this to do the achiev? i have a half full and a nearly full item in my bag

If you get this buff, then use the Orb of the Sin'dorei, and click off the buff, you will be your normal character again but still have the buff to do extra dmg for the last scholo boss.

Small note : If you attempt to store a vial of the potion that would match one you already have in your inventory, you'll lose the vial completely.

Just in case you started searching your bags wondering where that extra vial went! :)

I did scholo normal and got the vial - then did a heroic, and faffed around chatting for a bit so my buff ran out so I did scholo again, the vial dropped for the 2nd time so I tried to use the one I already had to make it into the half full version but it would not allow me to. So perhaps they have changed it so you can no longer have 2 versions in your bags... going to try again later incase it was just a momentary bug.

Just thought I'd share how I did this achievement?

I decided to ask people from trade to help finish? So, since it's this late in 5.3, I managed
to get people including myself well over 500+ ilevel. It's not really necessary? But I figured, the better ilevel? The faster.

OKAY so, once I got the group, we started with Scholomance (obviously to get the Polyformic Acid Potion). :D
I then made sure my vial was re-filled incase we didn't finish in under the 60 minute time limit!

After, we queue'd specifically like this:

Mogu'Shan Palace - Trial of the King (First encounter)
Shado-Pan Monastery - Gu Cloudstrike (First boss)
Siege of Niuzao Temple - Vizier Jin'bak (First boss)

*Note* we left right after each first boss died and then re-queue'd for the other dungeons.

Gate of the Setting Sun - Commander Ri'mok (Third boss)
Temple of the Jade Serpent - Liu Flameheart (Third boss)
Stormstout Brewery - Yan-Zhu the Uncasked (Third boss)

Now of course, you can kill them in any order you please? I just felt it was faster to kill them in that order!
We didn't do full runs so that was the key here really, kill the boss you need and re-queue ASAP.

If you are alone as me, and still want to get this achievement, what I did first was queue up for Scholomance. We finished the dungeon, everyone left but I stayed.
I ran back to the table where the Polyformic Acid Potion is, and queued for the rest of the dungeons (Mogu'Shan Palace, Shado-Pan Monastery, Siege of Niuzao Temple, Gate of the Setting Sun, Temple of the Jade Serpent and Stormstout Brewery).

When the dungeon was ready to enter, I just clicked again on the potion in the table to refresh my buff, and then I entered the dungeon.

Once the dungeon is over, click leave dungeon and go to Scholomance (in Western Plaguelands - map), and go to the table again, all bosses and trash will be dead as you already killed them with the 1st group. Refresh your buff and queue up for the remaining dungeons. Each time you finish the dungeons you will enter to Scholomance again to refresh the buff.

This way will take more time, but if you are alone, this is an option.

Very easy at 100, just takes time... Grab the acid and solo them all within an hour. Have fun.

Well just defeated the last boss for the achievement and the last thing I need to complete but it won't trigger is the trial of the king. Any ideas on how to get it to trigger?

Just wanted to note you don't have to do scholo and all 6 bosses at one time if you don't want. You have 60 minutes after getting the buff, then you can use the empty polyformic acid vial to store the buff. You basically get 3 uses of this vial (it becomes full, then half full, then nearly empty) so you can space out your kills if you want.

As of current patch one charge of 1 hour buff was enough for me to complete the whole achievement as 707 ilvl Warrior. Had 25 minutes left of the buff.

As a level 100 Feral Druid with master flying I was able to do these in a completely nonsensical order that wasted lots of time and still managed to clock in with 17 minutes left on the buff. Basically, as long as you can down most bosses in a minute or so the order you do it in no longer matters.

I'd still recommend bringing your Nearly Full Vial of Polyformic Acid if you want to do other achievements like Hydrophobia or Bomberman since you will have to do those bosses anyway.

Did today with my 100 prot paladin. I also use (60)Cavalier and (75) Knight Templare talents to move faster inside with Divine Steed.

My heartstone is set to Summer's Rest in the Valley of the Eternal Blossom

1. First picked Polymorfic Acid Potion buff from boss in Scholomance. Used heartstone , did Trial of the King, the first Encounter in Mogu'Shan Palace, ran out, flied to Gate of the Setting Sun.
2 Killed Commander Ri'mok, third boss of the Gate of the Setting Sun. Killed also last boss and ran out. Flied to the Siege of Niuzao Temple
3. Killed Vizier Jin'bak, first boss of the Siege of Niuzao Temple, ran out and flied to the Shado-Pan Monastery
4. Killed Gu Cloudstrike first boss of the Shado-Pan Monastery, used heartstone, flied to the Stormstout Brewery
5. Killed an-Zhu the Uncasked: last boss of the Stormstout Brewery, ran out, flied to the the Temple of the Jade Serpent.
6. Killed Liu Flameheart, third boss of the Temple of the Jade Serpent. Killed also last boss.
Had 28 minutes to spare on the buff.

At 110 this takes about 30 minutes, so no worries about doing the dance with 3 different pots.

Here is a the order I did them in. The first 3 you only need the first boss, so just run in and out. The 4th one you hearth out of. The 5th you can run out and the 6th you're done.

Not very difficult to make your way around and kill the required bosses, epecially a lvl 60 (after squish). Went as Bear Druid (iLvl 142).

PLEASE NOTE: You will have the empty bottle in your inventory, and can click on it to store (pause) the polyformic acid affect and use it again when you get to the required boss. BUT the timer on the buff bar is BUGGED! If you read the tooltip on the empty bottle, it tells you that it will cost you some of the time remaining if you store it. However, when I re-used it, the buff bar refreshed to 60m (original start time). I stored and used it a few times, thinking I was getting a beneficial bug of having the timer reset each time, however, after I finished the achivement, I tried to store again, and it said I did not have enough time left on the effect to store! SOOOO, don't trust the timer if you store and re-use. JUST A WARNING!

EDIT: So continued on, with the disguise activated, to see when it would time out. Apparently, it DOES reset and you another 60 minutes of the disguise. I guess just the bottle keeps track of the appropriate time.

Just wanted to post an update - I just completed this achievement today and you can no longer carry more than one Polyformic Acid Potion at a time. However, I was able to complete all the fights in about 40 minutes. I am max level and have the highest flying speed available.

ETA:
- Quick rundown of how I did it.
- Set hearth to Vale of Eternal Blossoms - Your faction may vary.
- For god's sake put the difficulty to Heroic for later! Dont be like me... just... just dont.
- Go to Scholomance in Western Plaguelands (thanks @MissCalisto), Kill Professor Slate and take his empty vial.
- Click the vial behind him on the table to fill it.
- Use the newly filled vial in your bag, click the vial on the table again - you should look like him AND have a full one in bag, just in case.
- Hearth to Vale. Fly to Mogu Shan in the Vale, wait for RP then kill the three clan leaders (first boss), dont forget your loot chest off to the side! Head back out the way you came in.
- Fly to Shado-Pan Monastery (thanks @Skiddsy), almost due NW of there. Entrance in the front door, cant miss it.
- Get to first boss, kill him, **Wait for dragon to spawn and fire a breath or two** kill them both. Leave the way you came in.
- Fly SW to Siege of Niuzao, gotta walk into a broken log/root way down below to get into this one. Kill some guys on your way to the boss until he says something about seeing how cool he is and how much he is going to kick your butt, then you can go kill him... Leave the way you came in.
- Fly to the Gate of the setting sun, East of you, its on a wall in western Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

**Here is where my forgetting to put on heroic came back to bite me. It counted all my normal runs and limited me out on instances within the hour. I had to basically log out since I couldnt do anything to further the achieve. Waited about 5 minutes typing this and got back in. (Luckily I had the second vial.) ***

- Was able to fully complete gate of the setting sun with 3 minutes left on my buff due to aforementioned... mishaps... walked out gate after final boss, flew to Jade Forest.
- Entrance right in front, head left to kill the watery boi, then back around the story teller and through him around the wall to the lady panda for the achieve. Walk out the newly opened gate behind you.
- Fly to Valley of the Four Winds to Stormstout Brewery, entrance kind of in the middle in a small doorway underneath an overhang. Fight your way through here and see your achievement pop.

Dragonriding makes this trivial. I got it done with 26 minutes to spare. I could have done it faster if I had not been so bad at finding the entrances.
